Stretch Capri

Where can I get stretch pants that are in a capri style thing?

I need some clothes for dance but I don’t know where to get them. I’m 11 and I live in Canada. So I need stores from Canada if you know any. I also need some tank tops. No lace. Stretchy-ish.
